How the legal process of a recall works:
Petition Signatures
When you sign the petition it is confidential. Gathering 50% +1 of previous run-off election. 4,886 or more signatures will force a recall vote.
Verification
The Fono will verify the signatures & process was done according to American Samoa law and will set a date for a recall vote.
Recall Initiated
People will exercise their free right to vote on whether PULA should be removed from office. 2/3 Vote of the total previous run-off election. 6,514 votes will remove PULA from office.
